Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Supply content, images, and materials in a timely manner.

Review and approve work promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

Final designs are transferred to the client upon full payment.

We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Any third-party assets may be subject to their own licenses.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting services (if provided) are billed separately.

We are not responsible for third-party hosting failures unless explicitly stated.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Terms are violated

Payments are not made

Communication breaks down

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business interruptions

Third-party issues

Any indirect or consequential damages

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Illinois, USA.
